I love this stuff. I’ve been shooting for more than 40 years, re-invented myself several times, and came back to my first love—documentary style with that lived-in look. It’s all about keeping it real.
It doesn’t matter if it’s a big shoot for a national brand with a producer, full crew, dozens of talent and a nervous client on set or if it’s a COVID lockdown where I’m alone in the field—it’s all about making a genuine connection with the subjects and capturing those peak moments and telling expressions. And letting the light do its magic.
